One of the best hotels. As in very best. They thought of every single detail right down to robe sizes (gleaned from our passports). Full, glorious bar, my favorite luxury skin care basics in the bathroom. Most of all every single staff person was friendly, sweet, helpful and attentive. Also, fresh fruit and flowers!

Five star hotel in every way. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful and clean room. And our whole family was taken into consideration—including wonderful activities and gifts for our son. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast options were the best I've ever had! My room was cleaned everyday no matter when I left the room. As for the location I would walk to all my destinations it was perfect .

pure 5* hotel experience. All was perfect ( except the breakfast and breakfast service level that was poor). All the rest of the hotel is very beautiful and the location is perfect.

The location , the rooms and beds ,pet friendly, restaurants and the service was superb, everyone at the hotel make you welcome and are very polite and friendly.

Beautifully designed and decorated in a fantastic location. Excellent restaurant (loved the high end Jamón) with great wine.
